Award-Winning Asset Management Consulting
Our team of Strategic Advisory, Asset Management, and GIS staff were the recipients of the 2017 Canadian Network of Asset Managers Tereo Award for Asset Management, recognizing the Asset Management Plan that was developed for the City of Waterloo’s infrastructure asset portfolio. This project integrated sound business planning with smart asset capital, operational, and maintenance programs, and sustainable financing.
