The Water and Wastewater Master Plan study was a comprehensive integrated environmental, planning and engineering process completed in accordance with the MEA Master Plan Class Environmental Assessment, Approach 2. The project included environmental and technical baseline studies, development of water and wastewater hydraulic models, development of design criteria servicing principle and infrastructure costing methodologies to enable comparative evaluation of proposed strategies and a comprehensive communication and consultation program to meet Class EA requirements, integrated cross disciplined approach and internal and external stakeholder input.
