Merlin Road Bridge Rehabilitation

This project involved the rehabilitation of a two lane slab on steel I-girder bridge with two non-continuous spans that was originally constructed in 1968. GM BluePlan completed the detailed site investigation, approvals, detailed design, tender package, contract administration and construction inspection for the rehabilitation of the bridge. The project included the installation of a steel box beam barrier system to decrease the dead load on the bridge and improve constructability of the barrier system.
